We accept debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and Paytm Wallet as a payment method for orders placed on our website. We do not accept cheques. Credit cards must clear the authorization process on order. Due to regulatory limitations/insufficient balance, you might get charged extra when you place the order. Shipping:

We don’t have our own shipping services. We use third-party shipping services. Please read our shipping policies, and by using this site or ordering products from this site, you agree to our shipping policies & our Privacy Policy.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for a valid reason at any time and for violating our terms of services or privacy policies. You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the products & service until and unless you are authorized to do so.

You understand that your information like name, address, phone number etc. (not including banking or debit/credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted for delivery and marketing purpose. Gatemed never collect debit/credit card or bank information. We use other authorized third party payment gateways to complete the transaction.

Guest Users:

If you don’t want to create an account with us, you’ll not be able to use some of our offers & services like promotional offers, dedicated account support and many more. (Some promotional are only for logged in users).

Account Holders:

If you wish, you can create an account for availing of our products & services from our website (Gatemed.in). Keep your password safe (Gatemed never ask you for your account password, OTP, your bank/ATM or credit card details via calls, email, and WhatsApp messages) because you’re fully responsible for all activity correlated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting our Support Team. You must have reached the minimum age of consent for online services in India to use Gatemed.in.

From that account, users can use our products & services, including purchasing our products & all other services provided by Gatemed. When setting up and securing your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have full responsibility for your account and everything that happens with your account, including any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account.
