Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and external factors. M/S Gatemed shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or regulatory restrictions.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns or refunds are subject to product category, condition, and applicable laws. Medicines once sold are generally non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
